Short Sale Attention by Lenders!

One thing is for certain and that is that the attention given to short sale property has recently improved. Post congressional hearings of late must have made an impression on the lenders that up until then have been dragging their feet, with all kinds of excuses. Homebuyers were turned off by buying homes through short sale because of the shoddy process, lasting 6 to 9 month.

I am delighted that finally good intentioned homeowners, requiring to sell their property can move on and have been given that chance, Agents are finally able to make progress and get these listings off the market, it has been a learning curve for all and I hope this progress continues and rids' the market of excess short sales is a step in the right direction.
