Realtor's, we are professionals and we want to do the best job for our clients, our income, reputation, and referral business depend on it. Many websites can assists in locating the homes that are for sale, but what do you do once you have found the right house. A lot of folks out there are advocating how you can save on your purchase by negotiating on your own, just you and the seller and theoretically you should get a better price on the home. But without the market knowledge how does the buyer know whether there is really a savings. Buying from a seller directly means that the buyer is at a disadvantage because he is not given as much information from a seller. As Realtor's we have up to the minute information, this helps in knowing the price range for the properties on the market and as such we can negotiate the best price. Realtor's, it's their job to know the real estate in the area and most Realtor's will take time to educate and offer service from the initial contact through the closing transaction. Why would you do it any other way?
