Great Setting, Tuscany or Napa?
Yesterday I was invited to view a new community by K. Hovnanian called "Tuscany". I loved the entrance with the pergola and off-white support columns having that Mediterranean look like the name suggests and with a name like Napa Dr. one can only imagine, maybe have your own vineyard in the back yard.
Beautifully sodded lawns and options of 90 ft.or 120 ft. home sites giving each home it's own perspective. The two models are gorgeous and are from the Carolina to Providence selection. Floor plans were open and flowed comfortably from room to room. The exterior homes will reflect the arts and crafts style and all homes have side load 2 car garages.
The community will have a pool and Club house and will sport walking trails connecting surrounding communities.
